Heartline (211)

Heartline connects Oklahomans to help, hope, and information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When individuals call 2-1-1, they are offered information and referral services to meet a wide range of needs, including but not limited to, food, housing, legal services, child care, mental health services, job programs, and literacy.


If you’re pregnant or have a baby less than one year, sign up to receive FREE text messages on prenatal care, infant care, and more.

Home-Based Family Support Services

Oklahoma County has several voluntary home-based programs that support families to ensure that children are healthy, safe, and nurtured.

Rainbow Fleet

Rainbow Fleet provides free child care referrals for parents and caregivers in Oklahoma County. Referrals will match your needs based on the age of your child, days and hours you need child care, and the location most convenient for you. 

Family Place at the Library

Metropolitan Libraries have a special place just for young children and their families. Family Place offers parent resources, tips and activities, and workshops all around early literacy and child development.

Healthy Children

This website especially for parents is created by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

CDC Milestones Tracker

This free app from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention helps parents track developmental milestones in their children from birth to five, and provides tips on how to talk to your child's doctor about any concerns.
